Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy:

To initiate a refund request, customers must send an email to support@charmscollective.com

Your satisfaction is our number one priority.  Our products are unique in design and craftsmanship, which gives them their charm; therefore, a slight variation in size, design or color may occur.

Returns and exchanges are accepted if an error occurred in orders sent.  Please contact us before returning the item.  However, should you have any questions upon receipt of your package, please do not hesitate to contact us on email: info@charmscollective.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

To start a return, you can email us at info@charmscollective.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions/Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
